Getting There / Directions
Horam Manor Fishery is on the outskirts of the small village of Horam. As you drive south through Horam on the A267, Horam Manor is signposted at the entrance to the recreation ground on your right as you leave the village. Follow the road past the entrance to the caravan site until you come to the car park. There you will see two waters either side of the car park and the notice board where you pay and can find directions to our other waters.

Horam Manor Fishery is located in located in Horam, East Sussex and offers coarse and carp fishing on 11 well stocked waters.
Horam Manor Fishery, a family run fishery on part of the Horam Manor Estate which is is open all year round.
Based in the beautiful East Sussex countryside, just outside of the new South Downs National Park, we offer relaxing coarse fishing with Eleven waters, packed to bursting with terrific fish like Carp, Crucian Carp, Tench, Perch, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Golden Rudd and even Eels.
We have everything you need for a perfect day's fishing. Apart from our great selection of waters, we have toilets, extensive car parking and even a tearoom on the estate, where our guests may go to grab anything from a coffee to a full cooked meal.
Surrounding the waters are some terrific woodland walks and wildlife, making our fishery a great family day out as well as a perfect place for the serious angler. We offer day session tickets, night fishing sessions and annual membership.
